It was very delicious. There was a staff member who spoke Japanese and helped me order. The building was impressive and I was a little intimidated, but the ramen wasn't too expensive at around 400 yen. The pork slices were also delicious, so I recommend ordering them! It's about a 10-minute walk from Shantang Street, and it wasn't too crowded even at dinnertime, which was nice.

I visited this restaurant hoping to eat some authentic Suzhou noodles. It seems to be a popular restaurant, so there was quite a line, but since I was alone, I was able to enter smoothly. The female staff member in charge of the dining area spoke Japanese and kindly explained the recommended menu items in Japanese. Payment can be made with Alipay. I was in trouble because my smartphone battery was almost dead, but they were very kind and helped me out. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. Thank you very much.

This place is delicious. It's a bit pricey, but not as expensive as it sounds. If you can get beef noodles for 35 NTD, I think it's worth it. The oil isn't too heavy, and it's just right, so it's definitely worth trying. They serve a sweet silver ear (white wood ear) soup as a sort of appetizer. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, they also include a meat mooncake (seasonal). It's a little pricey, but once you've tried it here, everything else pales in comparison. There are other similar Suzhou noodles nearby, but after trying a few, this one is the best. The crab miso noodles are particularly high-end. The price is high and it feels luxurious, but noodles aren't something you spend a lot of time eating, so no one takes 15 minutes to eat them, so it's not that special. It's delicious, but the deliciousness lasts for a short time. It's also very busy at lunchtime, so if there are a lot of people, you may need to come a little early to get a seat. The turnover is fast, so there's almost no wait time. I don't think it's suitable for people who want to relax with a few friends or clients at night. (Though it's delicious.) In this area of ​​Suzhou, there aren't many people out eating late at night, so it's fine.

The Michelin Bib Gourmand recommendation certainly lived up to its reputation. The noodle soup was simple yet delicious, the side dishes were tasty, and the meat was stewed until very tender, melting in your mouth. The service was excellent, the space was spacious, although the restroom floor was a bit sticky.
